This project was extra special because it was the first job I ever lead at BUCK. I was responsible for leading a team to create real-time assets for an augmented reality experience. We created four mini diorama's that were fully animated. A big challenge was to cram so much detail into an experience for mobile while maintaining frame rate. I always love that puzzle and I think I came up with some clever ways to keep things small. (Some of the character's textures were less than 10KB! SO SMALL!) Check out more at the BUCK website.
